It is often a lonely place operating at Executive level in any Organisation. The role carries with it a huge responsibility for all stakeholders and especially as everyone is looking for the direction and guidance the role suggests. Our Coaching service gives Executives an opportunity to explore their own strengths and when and why they might overdoe those qualities! Through focused conversations great changes can be made.
We have recently worked with a Director of an NHS Trust helping them build their resilience during a long, protracted and very difficult dispute. Through this process they have been able to recognize their own emotional triggers, build resilience and focus on the outcome they wanted rather than react to a perceived set of circumstances.
The process of conversation change can be carried out using SKYPE or Facetime technology, over the telephone or face to face.
