We worked with a large an MoD Integrated Project Team to design and deliver a series of change management programmes that enabled them to merge 3 separate MoD organisations delivering similar services under one banner, at the same time making savings in manpower and reducing duplication of effort. I2i also worked with them to re-train individuals that were leaving the business through voluntary redundancy helping them prepare for work in different sectors and upskill.
